Geneva
“Attention jamais vu” was the motto of my Geneva project. During the week we spent in Geneva, I focused on signal ethics and how people are guided through the city. In my paper I then created a little game that is comparable to “Finding Walter” search and find. The centerpiece of my publication, however, is a double-page illustration depicting my observations in the city. On this hidden object picture, many small scenes, figures and “Easter Eggs” can be discovered. The five-page paper is meant to encourage the reader to find out for themselves how the game works and how the connections between photography, illustration, hidden object picture and text are entangled. In addition to my own layout, I developed the overall layout of the newspaper with three other people. This included covers, navigations, directories, and additional texts. The aim here was to create a framework in which all the projects of the fellow students fit in and are shown to their best advantage.
